Who can host the CALCMENU Web's database and Web site?
The CALCMENU Web database and Web site can either be hosted by you on your company server, or through a hosting company, or by EGS on its USA server.
If EGS will host the database and Web site, each user will access our server located in the USA through a secured access. EGS maintains the database and Web server including backup, upgrade of Microsoft components such as security patches, security fixes, and program updates, etc. In case of a problem, our 24-hour support team can respond quickly and efficiently to limit down time.
If you will be the one to host the database and Web site, the database and Web server are placed on your own company server.
Do you provide ample support services?
Definitely! Installation, maintenance, and other technical support services are extensively offered by EGS. Our full support services include: online chat, phone, fax, e-mail, and tele-maintenance (PC Anywhere) services. Please contact us for more details.
