3. How do I subscribe to CALCMENU Cloud?

EGS offers the following payment terms: Monthly, Trimestral and Annually.

5. Does CALCMENU Cloud come with recipes?

Users of CALCMENU Cloud can see recipes that have been shared by other CALCMENU Cloud users. In addition, you can search in Recipecenter.com for more recipes and import them easily to CALCMENU Cloud. That is more than 100,000 recipes already available for use and the number of recipes keeps on growing!

6. Do I need training to use CALCMENU Cloud?

No, you don't need to have a training to use CALCMENU Cloud. CALCMENU Cloud is user-friendly, easy to use and it includes contextual help and videos.

7. I'm new to CALCMENU. How do I start?

Don't worry. We have provided a comprehensive Help manual and videos to help you use CALCMENU Cloud.

8. Does CALCMENU Cloud have the same features as CALCMENU Pro/Enterprise?

For the initial version of CALCMENU Cloud, the available features are creating, sending and printing of recipes. We will be adding more features of the CALCMENU desktop in CALCMENU Cloud soon.

9. What do I need in my computer to be able to use CALCMENU Cloud?

You only need a fast and stable Internet connection and a web browser to use CALCMENU Cloud anytime, anywhere.

10. Will CALCMENU Cloud work on Mac?

Yes, CALCMENU Cloud works on Windows (with Silverlight) and on Mac (with Moonshine). All components are automatically installed.

11. I'm an existing CALCMENU Chef/CALCMENU Pro/CALCMENU Enterprise user, can I transfer my recipes to CALCMENU Cloud?

Yes. When you subscribe, just send us your backup database and we will upload it in CALCMENU Cloud so you can still use your existing database.

12. I'm an existing CALCMENU Chef/CALCMENU Pro/CALCMENU Enterprise user, do I get a special price or discount?

If you exchange your license of CALCMENU Chef/Pro/Enterprise to CALCMENU Cloud, you can get a discount depending on the version of CALCMENU.

13. How do I back up my recipes in CALCMENU Cloud?

EGS will take care of the backup.

14. If I decide to stop using CALCMENU Cloud, what happens with my recipes?

You can download them any time in PDF, Excel, Word, or CALCMENU Chef/Pro format.

15. How much does CALCMENU Cloud cost and what is the payment scheme?

The cost will be provided later on when CALCMENU Cloud is already available. Subscription to CALCMENU Cloud solution is available in 3 options: monthly, trimestral and annual. The subscription already includes licensing, support, hosting, maintenance, backup, etc.

16. I need CALCMENU now, should I wait for CALCMENU Cloud?

You can start now with CALCMENU Chef or CALCMENU Pro and upgrade later to CALCMENU Cloud. For purchases made after September 8, 2011, we will credit whatever you paid on CALCMENU Chef and Pro to your CALCMENU Cloud account.

17. I'm using another recipe management software now, can I transfer my recipes to CALCMENU Cloud?

We can convert recipes from various format to the CALCMENU Cloud format for you. Please contact us and let us know which software you are using and we will let you know if a conversion already exists or if we can do it for you.
